Industry · Facility Services

You find out the state of your facilities by calling the field, and that shows at renewal time.

With DataScope your team captures every service on the spot, even without signal, and the client report is generated automatically, without putting it together by hand.

Permits, IRL and signed safety talks

Signed and traceable permits for work at height, confined space, or hot work, with mandatory pre-task checklist. The IRL and the five-minute safety talk are assigned before the shift, with an alert if they aren't completed.

Work item acceptance protocols

Capture the work item protocol (rebar mesh, concrete pour, formwork) with photo and geolocation before it gets covered. The same protocol for your crew and the subcontractor's, with the same backup on every work front.

Frequently asked questions

Does it work with no signal on site, in the plant or on the road?+

Yes. The app works the same with or without a connection: you capture forms, photos, signatures and location on the spot, and everything syncs on its own once the signal is back.

Does it integrate with our ERP, Power BI or database?+

Yes. You don't have to choose between DataScope and the tools you already use: it connects to Power BI, Google Sheets and Looker Studio, and to more than 1,300 other applications through Zapier, REST API or webhooks. If you have a specific ERP, it connects there.

Do we need IT to roll it out?+

Not necessarily. Forms are built in a visual builder, with no developers, or by describing what you need so the platform generates it for you. If your IT team wants to take part, DataScope has 2FA and SSO/SAML to fit your security policy.

How are we charged if we add people in the field?+

DataScope's model is per action, not per user, so you can add people in the field without paying an extra licence for each one.

Can SLA compliance be measured per contract?+

Yes. Every work order and ticket carries a due date and an owner, so you see SLA compliance per contract without waiting for the end-of-month roll-up.

Does the client report come out automatically?+

Yes. Each contract's report comes out as a PDF with the data already captured in the field, without a coordinator having to assemble it by hand.

Does it work for operations with hundreds of people across multiple sites?+

Yes. Each site is organised with the Locations structure and permissions are assigned by user group. And because DataScope's model is per action, not per user, adding field staff does not raise your licence cost.

Your next contract renewal shouldn't depend on a call to the field.
